If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your gift, we'll replace it, exchange it, or offer a full refund.
How to order
Online (24 hours a day, 7 days a week): Ordering online is 100% guaranteed safe. Once you have decided upon a gift basket or product, simply click on the "add to cart" button. When you are through shopping, fill in all billing and shipping information and submit your secure order.
Multiple Ordering Information
When submitting an order for multiple baskets and/or various locations simply send your order by fax or email attachment with the following information:

A sales tax of 6.4375% will be added to all orders shipped or delivered to New Mexico addresses. Sales tax will not be charged for orders shipped to addresses outside of New Mexico.
Due to the high demand of quick turn around orders, we reserve the right to substitute individual products. It is important to us that product fulfillment is completed with the highest quality and care, but on occasion substitutions may occur of greater or equal value for a particular item.
How quick will my order ship?
Orders received Monday through Friday before 12pm PST are shipped that same day. Orders received after 12pm PST Monday through Friday are shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday & Holidays will also ship the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. Please note that weekends, holidays and the day your order ships don't count in determining the number of business days needed for delivery. For example, if you place your order on Thursday by 12pm PST and it is a 3 day ground delivery your gift will arrive the following Tuesday.
